Hiring a public adjuster is simple.  If you feel our services will benefit your claim you may enter into a contract for our services.  This contract provdes the Public Adjuster authority to handle and negotiate your claim on your behalf and instructs the insurance company to communicate directly with our office.  Any settlement offers received will be reviewed with the policy holder before any verbal or written agreement is reached between our office and the insurance company.

Our fees are collected on a contingency agreement.  Which means if we recover nothing, you pay nothing.  You have no out of pocket costs until your claim is settled.  When we are successful in reaching a settlement on your behalf, we collect only 10% of the recovery.  And again, this is payable only when you have received a settlement check from the insurance company.
